EMA, Electro Medical Analysis, was founded in 1989 by Scott Chandler in the Southeast Texas region. The Biomedical firm quickly grew to include East Texas and Southwest Louisiana. Within several years the firm had expanded to West Texas, El Paso, and all of New Mexico.
Our firm performs the biomedical electrical safety tests required by NFPA code 99 on all electrical medical devices. Some units require additional performance testing such as defibrillators, EKG’s, vital signs monitors, autoclaves, ultrasound units, and a host too numerous to mention in the surgical department.
Our founder has hired multiple graduated Biomedical Equipment Technicians (BMET) from Texas state Technical college TSTC in Waco, Tx where he has been on the board of advisors for the last 8 years.
We are also have been a member in good standing with the BBB since becoming a member in 2001.
